Ava Smithmier

Ava is a lifelong theatre kid, proudly born & raised in Minneapolis, MN. Before completing her full-time training at William Esper Studio where she studied under Suzanne Esper, she acted professionally in various San Diego theatres. Ava is a firm believer in the power of art and storytelling as tools to influence social change and create meaningful conversations in our communities. When she isn’t acting, you can catch Ava playing piano, going to the movies, calling her mom, or playing with her cat, Pip.
